Why e commerce websites are in such demand
Online e commerce really got a foot hold during the dot com boom days of the internet. Anybody who was anyone in the online world (or even the offline world, with no idea of the full potential of the Internet) began setting up we e commerce sites. These first Internet pioneers, if they can be called that, made wild forcasts based on the rate at which the Internet was growing and made sure that their e commerce websites would be wildly successful. Sadly, they neither had the expertise nor the experience to make web e commerce succeed. In fact, almost all the forcasts of Internet success in those days were wildly inflated, and web e commerce also crumbled with these inflated claims. When the Internet bubble, e commerce web sites were hit hard, and experts predicted that it was the last we would ever see of them.
