Living Wills and Standard Wills
After reading the article “Understanding the Difference Between a Living Will and a Standard Will,” I now understand the differences in will types. Of course, this means that I will have to contact my Orange County estate planning attorney and write a living will as well. It’s very important to me that my family is taken care of after I die, and it’s also important that I take care of myself. That’s why I have decided to take the advice of the article and set up both.
