Polish Employees: The System of Wages
One of the most important concerns of employees all across the globe is the standard and system of their remuneration. An individual works almost entirely for a healthy living and maintenance of his self and family. Therefore, the wages earned form an integral part, or rather the basis of the work culture. For Polish employees, poolse werknemers in Dutch, this system of salary is a three tier one. First is the national level, the centre of power which decided the budget, monitors the public benefit issues and looks after the salary of the numerous employees in Poland. The stand adopted here percolates down to the sectoral level where several discussions regarding the pay are carried out. The third and the final level is the company which has the final say about individual salaries. Such is the three layered wage system of Poland.
