These Medical Foods Are Better Than Bran
Lately my aunt has been using a medical foods for her children’s constipation called Hyfiber to address her constipation, brought on by dehydration and low doses of fiber in her diet. Luckily she’s found something that really helps her painful constipation. She only needs to take 30 ml of the medical foods once a day, and she can easily mix the colorless soluble fiber into any liquid or soft food she wants. She’s been taking it for about two and a half weeks, and she’s feeling so much better now, especially with the added fiber to her diet. I would absolutely recommend this medical foods to anyone who needs relief from constipation.
