How To Build Trust With Your Concrete Block Customers
Trust is vital in business, especially in an economy like this where every dollar is fought for by several competitors striving to stay afloat. In the concrete block making business, which is driven by the home owner market (the worst in decades), you will not, repeat WILL NOT, succeed unless people can trust you. There are a couple of factors that are critical with it comes to trust:
One, be punctual with your delivery of the concrete blocks. This has less to do with time than it does delivery. What did you say you would do? What did you do? You can deliver 20 tons of blocks, but if it was a day late, that does not cut the mustard. You must have a very high standard for your business. You want the customer to be pleasantly surprised that you are taking their order for concrete blocks this seriously.
Two, do not overextend yourself. It is better, and customers will honor you for this, to turn down some orders for blocks in order to keep your word with current clients. If you present it properly, you may very well have a customer for life.
