Find Time to Relax With Pisco Sour from Peru

Hanging out with my friends relaxes me and a plate of calamares and Pisco sour makes chilling out even more fun. It’s always been our weekend habit to gather together, do a little catching up and share a great talk in a Peruvian restaurant. Calamares and Pisco sour makes a perfect combination. The crunch of the deep-fried battered squid is what we are always looking for, and I think Fiesta Limena prepares this side dish really well! In replace of calamares, Ceviche will also do well with Pisco sour. This cocktail from Peru is actually a personal favorite of mine. It has the right blend of lime juice, egg white, bitters and I’m not sure exactly what all the ingredients are but I heard it’s Peruvian Pisco, a distilled liquor from grapes, that makes it even more distinctive. My friends said there is a Chilean version of his cocktail and we haven’t really tried that one. An entire week of work deserves a break, so let Fiesta Limena aid in your relaxation.
