Since its different versions in the ’90s, it has firmly maintained its position as one of the entertainment companies and the most anticipated in terms of gaming experience. And recently, they had also invaded the different consoles. And Need for Speed is really marketable. A few months ago, September 15th to be exact, a brand new installation system has been made. Need for Speed Shift is not any game you would want to easily win. This actually does more. This is a simulation of real roads with real designs. Without a doubt, the environments are so realistic so are the cars, gears and all. It seems that EA’s tie with Slightly Mad studios had shown great progress in terms of innovation. Even decisions were smart to choose and decide what aspects are realistic and not. The controls can seem a little arcade-y, but presentation wise it’s like driving the routes in real life. This in turn induces new players for that kind of feeling and easy to handle on the higher end.
Another feature any player can look forward to in Need for Speed Shift is the inclusion of real roads in the game. Maybe you can recognize some lanes as Brands Hatch world, Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, Willow Springs National Park and Donington. These and more add up to 19 tracks available, which you can unlock and use. It may not be 100% accurate in some details, but the design of the course is delivered intact and complete.
For car fanatics, this new installment of Need for Speed is something you want for car customization is available as well. It limits not only to choose a whole car for a specific race, but also its parts. Thus, you may be able to directly affect the alignment of the car, tires, brakes, aerodynamics, gears and differential. Many more cars in question are fantastic and realistic.
Different methods are presented for total enjoyment of the player. There are modes to choose from like quick race and the career mode. Quick Race allows you to set up races and drifting events. Career mode contains several events that are housed in circuit racing. You can then move slowly through the ranks to become a world class racer.
