I realize that drinking water may not be your favorite beverage as compared to coffee or soft drinks, but your skin really does need for you to consume a lot of water each day. The more water you consume, then the better hydrated you will be. What will happen is that when you drink more water, your urine will be more clearer and less polluted with bad toxins.
